Our assets

Travel light
Bed linen and towels will be ready for your arrival, and each accommodation has its own laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer just for your personal use, as well as an ironing board and an iron to take care of your clothes.
Eat like at home
You will get a full-size kitchen with all appliances to cook delicious meals: a traditional oven and a microwave, ceramic hobs, a kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher (studios excepted), a complete set of dishes, pots and all the usual utensils.
Be rested
Don’t worry about anything, we provide you with sheets, blankets and pillows on your arrival. The rooms are equipped with very comfortable Boxspring beds with Bonnel spring mattresses and mattress toppers for an excellent sleep.
Your favorite coffee
Nothing like having your favorite coffee to start the day ! “Choose the coffee that fits”: before your arrival, you will be invited to choose your favorite coffee machine! You can opt for a Nespresso capsule machine, a Senseo capsule machine or the classic filter machine.
Work and have fun
Each apartment is equipped with a spacious desk for working comfortably on your computer with high-speed Wi-Fi.
Spacious living room and relaxing decor
All of our accommodation has been carefully decorated in the Scandinavian style, both natural and organic in warm and relaxing tones, and feature a large screen TV (120 cm) with more than 80 channels.
Modern bathroom
Each accommodation has its own bathroom fitted with a bath and/or shower and a hair dryer. Bath towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper will be provided upon arrival.
Arrive easily at any time
Most accommodations (studios excepted) have a parking space reserved for you right just in front of the building. An access code will allow you to collect your keys 24 hours a day.

Businest Gosselies – Charleroi

A few minutes from the Brussels South Charleroi Airport (BSCA), our brand new building in Gosselies is an ideal starting point to access the important economic activity area of the aeropole and its many companies active in fields as diverse as:
– aerospace, with notably Sabena Aerospace, SABCA and Sonaca
– biotechnology, with the Biopark and the Institute of Molecular Biology and Medicine (IBMM) of the ULB
– professional training, with IFAPME, TechnoCampus and the Technofutur TIC competence center
– flight training, with the European Flight Simulator and the Air Academy New CAG aviation school
You will not miss anything thanks to the City Nord shopping center just 1 km away, and can quickly reach the city center of Charleroi (7 km), Nivelles (20 km), La Louvière (20 km) or Total Feluy (25 km).

Businest La Louvière – Mons

This modern building welcomes you in a quiet but very well located environment between La Louvière and Mons, a few kilometers from the E19 and E42 motorways.
It gives you quick access to the center of La Louvière (8 kms), the city of Mons (11 kms), the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe – SHAPE (15 kms), Total Feluy (15kms) and Nivelles (25 kms).

Businest Namur – Yvoir

This apartment is located a stone’s throw from Yvoir train station, in the heart of the wonderful Meuse valley where you can during your free time visit the charming villages, castles, citadels, and panoramas but also taste the delicious local products and go on magnificent hikes.
The train or car will take you to Namur in 20 minutes. By car or by train, you can reach Naninne or Jambes very quickly. Dinant is located 8 minutes from the accommodation.
The apartment is ideally located and close to local shops and amenities (butcher’s, bakery, Carrefour, hairdressers, etc.) In Dinant, you will find all the major supermarkets (Colruyt, Delhaize, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour Market, etc.).
